The long and winding journey...

What's the chances?

Yesterday was pretty odd for me. First off, Rockwell. The gimik I planned pretty much got cancelled when everyone suddenly had other things to do or problems with transportation. But what's the chances I run into Carlo, Elaine, and co.? We ended up eating at Zaifu (cool Japanese restaurant... with those low tables!), and then we played bowling. I bowled for the first time in more than a year! Consequently, I sucked, bigtime. But nonetheless, I still had fun. Before leaving, I took Initial D for a spin. I won 2 in a row, but the 3rd guy was just too good. I left before I ended up running out of credits.

I was able to drop off the palanca at LBC without any fuss, so I went home and watched (you guessed it) Formula 1 videos. I fell asleep, so I wasn't able to start the Amazing Race, but I woke up in time to see Kami and Karli eliminated. It's sad Chip and Kim are starting from last, though. I'm really excited to watch the next 2 legs. Both are in the Philippines! (Manila and El Nido)

The Internet last night though was outright odd. First, what's the chances Blogspot would run into publication problems the whole day? (I was really lucky to have posted the last entry before that whole brouhaha started.:D) Second, what's the chances two people who don't know each other invite me to some 'business meeting' in Ortigas on two separate days (Friday and Saturday)? They were both convincing me to go so that I'd hear about the rewards I'd reap if I invested. My friend and I are suspecting the two are either sister companies or competing firms. Anyway, can anyone who has an idea on that explain it here? I'm confused to bits, to be honest. Rather odd, really...

Moving on, today is adjustment day and I'm going to school! But I'm not going to adjust, just hang out. There's nothing to do here at home anymore! Besides, I really want to meet my friends I haven't seen in a week. I miss those guys a lot. (As if I don't chat with them almost everyday! :D)

So what's the chances something odd happens again today? Pretty big, actually... ;)

Anyway, I gotta go! School beckons... :D
